Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PitchShuffle ("the Service"), operated by James H. Wortham d/b/a PitchShuffle ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

PitchShuffle is a pitch-calling tool intended for baseball and softball coaches and catchers. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

PitchShuffle offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include attempting to reverse engineer the application, accessing other users' accounts, using the Service to transmit harmful or unlawful content, or circumventing any subscription restrictions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with PitchShuffle — including the name, logo, and application code — are the property of James H. Wortham d/b/a PitchShuffle. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of PitchShuffle during sanctioned games is subject to your league or association's rules — it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, James H. Wortham d/b/a PitchShuffle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
